Delighted to be offering this Forest Therapy Walk for free in support of Mental Health Awareness Week which this year has "nature" as its theme.

It's widely recognised that spending time in nature can boost our mental wellbeing. It can reduce our stress level, lessen our anxiety, improve our mood and enhance our sleep, to name just a few of the beneficial effects of reconnecting with the natural world.

The walk will be at:

🍃 The Fold, Bransford, Worcestershire on Fri 14th May, 13.30-16:00 🍃

There are just 5 places due to the Rule of 6.

The Fold is a beautiful venue which promotes sustainable living and healthy lifestyles. It's located in Bransford, 3 miles outside both Worcester and Malvern on the A4103 Hereford Road. There's a cafe (handy if you fancy treating yourself to lunch before our walk) as well as craft studios, a farm shop, a therapy centre, and a nature trail.

Our walk will be held in a private area of the farm which is not usually accessible to the public; a perfect place to escape to for the afternoon!
