Description

Join author and nature connection guide, Ian Banyard for a refreshing Sunday morning Cotswold Natural Mindfulness walk and reconnect with nature and your true nature. This first 2 hour walk of 2020 is free for all walkers. However, from February these walks will be free only for first time walkers and those with 2020 CNM Annual Membership. Non-members will still be able to join a walk for a fee of £10 per person. CNM Annual Members will also be able to invite a free guest to join them on future walks.

Cotswold Natural Mindfulness walks are slow, gentle walks along established footpaths through beautiful woodland, pastures and landscapes. During the walks we will stop at intervals to experience some simple, yet powerful, natural mindfulness practices. Please ensure you bring appropriate footwear and clothing. If you have any questions about the walk, or CNM Membership, contact me.

Join us at 9.45 for a 10am start in the Frogmill Inn Car Park, (A436/A40) Shipton Oliffe, GL54 4HT and discover all about the healing power of connecting with nature mindfully.

CNM Annual Membership
This year I am introducing a new Annual membership for my CNM walks. I have 11 monthly walks ready to schedule starting with this free walk on Sunday 26th January. From February these walks will only be free for those with “2020 CNM Annual Membership”. Non-members will still be able to join me on any monthly walk for a fee of £10 per person or as a guest of a member. CNM Annual Members will be able to invite a free guest along to a “members monthly walk”.

I am initially offering Cotswold Natural Mindfulness Annual Membership for 2020 at a New Year Launch price of £50 for the year up until the 31st March. This includes free access to Membership walks, discounts on other Natural Mindfulness walks/activities, a free monthly guest pass and a signed copy of Natural Mindfulness - your personal guide to the healing power of nature connection.
