Being in nature is so good for the mind, body & spirit. It allows us to activate all of our senses, and allows us to get in touch with our inner wisdom.
What if you could spend time connecting with nature, while being guided toward your dream life by a certified transformational life coach?
Let's unplug from the world, so we can reconnect with ourselves.
Join a small group as we share out challenges, brainstorm and support each other.
Who Should Join Us:
If you are at a transition point in your life, and not sure which way to turn...then you should join us!
If you are feeling stuck in any area of your life...then you should join us!
If you are feeling unfulfilled...then you should join us!
If you are feeling overwhelmed, bored or stressed out...then you should join us!
If you know that you are meant for more, but you're not sure how to get it...then you should join us!
If your body, mind and spirit is CRAVING nature...then you NEED to join us! <3
What To Expect:
The trail is unpaved, and offers small, rolling hills that are easily traveled by most everyone.
There are bathrooms in the park.
We will walk at a pace that suits the group.
We will share our challenges, and listen with compassion as a group.
We will maintain a safe space and uphold confidentiality as a group.
Pleae remember, this is not therapy/counseling - it is coaching. You are a grown up and are responsible for your own emotions and experience.
How To Find Us:
We will meet at the parking lot at 74 Curzon Mill Rd, Newburyport, MA 01950
Once you RSVP, I will send you my contact info and more details on where to find us.
What should I wear?
We'll be outside in New England...so prepare for the weather. I suggest dressing in layers, and wearing shoes that will allow your feet to stay warm, dry and will be comfortable to walk in.
I'm not in the best shape, will we be hiking?
This is not a "hike". We will be at Maudsley State Park, which contains beautiful walking trails, through the woods and along the Merrimack River We will walk at a pace that works for everyone, and will stop along the way. This is in no way a strenuous hike...just a walk in nature.
What can I bring on my walk?
Feel free to bring a bottle of water, and whatever else you need to be comfortable.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can contact me through this website, or by emailing me at Support@NewEnglandNatureCoaching.com
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Save a tree! I'll check you in manually when we meet.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No. One ticket per person, please.
What if the weather doesn't look good?
If it looks like the weather is not going to cooperate, then I'll send you an email the day before with our "rain date".
