Join author and nature connection guide, Ian Banyard for a refreshing Saturday afternoon Natural Mindfulness walk and reconnect with nature and your true nature. This 2 hour escape into nature will gift you lots of time to relax, an opportunity to discover more about the healing power of nature connection.

On this walk you will also:

* Practice a simple, yet powerful Natural Mindfulness exercise,
* Learn from the life-lessons found in nature,
* Benefit from nature’s therapeutic properties,
* Get a chance to connect with a like-hearted community.

We are meeting at the Hawkwood College, Painswick Old Road, Stroud GL6 7QW in the car park at 15.30. The parking is free and there are drinks available at Hawkwood after the walk (for a small donation).

Natural Mindfulness walks are slow, gentle walks along established footpaths through beautiful woodland, pastures and landscapes. During the walks we will stop at intervals to experience some simple, yet powerful, natural mindfulness practices. Please ensure you bring appropriate footwear and clothing.
